Data that customers provide to Copshaw Common Riding is submitted in the strictest confidence and used for Copshaw Common Riding sole internal use. This data includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company name, company address, phone number, fax number, email address, as well as questions answered on survey or subscription forms. Web Analytics and Statistics Information

We don't use Google Analytics or any other third party site to gather information, all analytics data is contained in Copshaw Common Riding's raw log files and analysed using software on the server and contains detailed information on browsers, files types, operating systems, search engines results and web page activity such as the number if hits and unique visitors.

Copshaw Common Riding will accept, acknowledge and maintain any customer's request to opt out of either future communication from Copshaw Common Riding through email phone, fax, or normal mail
